When a panic attack starts you can react out of proportion and also out of reality. By practising breathing methods you should be able to remain calm and focus to help you stop.
You should exercise on a regular basis. Endorphins are hormones that help with a natural euphoric feeling, it may also be referred to as a "runners high." Consistent exercise will help you stay focused, and also relaxed.
